Clearance Items & Final Sale Policy
Please note that all clearance items are sold as final sale. This means they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear product defect or damage when you receive it.
If your clearance item arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.
30-Day Return Policy for Full Retail Price Items
We gladly offer a 30-day return policy for items purchased at full retail price. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Returned in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If approved for a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened Packages: Products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return within our standard return period, as outlined in our policy.
- Opened Packages: Products that have been opened are eligible for return only if they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please note that products showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.
Replacements for Clearance Items
While clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable for general issues, we understand that sizing or color discrepancies can happen. In such cases, we are happy to offer a free replacement of the correct size or color of your item, provided it is still available. If a replacement is unavailable, we will work with you to find the best resolution.
