All clearance items are sold as final sale. This means they cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a clear product defect or damage when you receive it.

If your clearance item arrives damaged, please contact our customer care team at support@lavishivy.com within 48 hours. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Returns

For all non-clearance items, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. You may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details. We’ll guide you through the return process step by step. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective.
